Stephani Gutierrez is the Program/Operations Officer at Partnership for Transparency (PTF). Prior to joining PTF in October 2023, she implemented and managed programs in the private sector for business units related to manufacturing and MedTech in Asia, Europe, and North America for 12 years.
She moved to the United States to develop her skills and acquired a Master’s Degree in Policy Management from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. While in graduate school, Stephani worked as a Consultant and Co-Chair for the McCourt Policy and Practice Advocacy program, conducting fieldwork and providing support to NGOs in Latin America and the Caribbean focusing on social impact, economic development, and environmental conservation. In addition, she co-authored research for UNHCR on Mexico’s Refugee and Relocation Program with the Institute for the Study of International Migration, Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
