Emmanuel Noubissie Ngankam has more than 40 years of extensive and diverse professional experience in the private sector and with international non-governmental organizations, the press, and the World Bank Group, where he held strategic positions for 20 years in the field and at headquarters in Washington, DC. His last position was Country Programme Coordinator for Southern Africa. He held the same position in West Africa and was also Resident Representative in Algeria.
After retiring from the World Bank, Mr. Noubissie returned to his home country, Cameroon, where he established a foundation that contributes to the development of human capital among vulnerable people, in particular school-aged children and young girls.
