CALL FOR PROPOSALS TO SELECT EXTERNAL EVALUATORS
Announcement of results
December 26, 2024: A Call for Proposals (CfP) to select External Evaluators for the project “Increasing the Integrity of Public Procurement in Moldova” was published online on 22 October 2024 via pulsachizitii.md, ptfund.org, viitorul.org. The deadline for submission was 22 November 2024, which was later extended to 9 December 2024.
A total of two bids were submitted. One bid was disqualified, because the candidate did not meet the language requirements included in the CfP. The other candidate, Vitalie Popa of AXA Management Consulting, obtained a total score of 89.5 points.
The selected bid is Vitalie Popa of AXA Management Consulting.
