Tjaarda P. Storm van Leeuwen is Treasurer of PTF and a part-time energy sector adviser. He retired from the World Bank in 2010, as Adviser and co-manager of the Africa Energy Unit in the Africa Sustainable Development Department. He also worked for the World Bank in the Middle East, South Asia and West Africa regions in the energy and other infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining the World Bank in 1986, he worked for the European Investment Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the Economic Commission for Africa and as a management consultant in the Netherlands.
